Former Ariba CEO

Mr. Calderoni served as Chief Executive Officer of Ariba, Inc., a software and information technology services company (“Ariba”) from 2001 until it was acquired by SAP AG, a publicly traded software and IT services company, in 2012, and then continued as Chief Executive Officer of Ariba following the acquisition until 2014.


Mr. Calderoni also served as a member of the global managing board at SAP AG between 2012 and 2014 and as President of SAP Cloud from 2013 to 2014.


Prior to Ariba, Mr. Calderoni held senior finance roles at Apple Inc. and International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”) and served as Chief Financial Officer of Avery Dennison Corporation (“Avery Dennison”).


Mr.Calderoni currently serves as the Chairman (since 2015) and a member of the Board of Directors of Citrix (2014-present) and on the Board of Directors of KLA Corporation, a capital equipment company (2007-present). He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of LogMeIn, Inc., a software company (2017-2020) and Juniper Networks, Inc., a network cybersecurity company (2003-2019).
